This pose is just as good as any other one and is normally used when other poses are too physically challenging. However, this pose may be too comfortable! You must remain alert, and choose a good chair to sit in. A firm chair with a straight back to support your spine will work just fine. This is done by sitting on a chair with both feet flat on the floor, and the spine straight. continue
